We are looking for novels in any genre including general fiction, romance and mystery, though we have a larger quota for speculative fiction, particularly space opera and dystopian scifi. For non-fiction narratives, we love any adventure but are looking for unique circumstances and situations.

Contracts for long-form books are individually tailored. Gelbes Elend is an independent press, so we have a small budget for advances but can offer them along with traditional contracts with high royalty percentages if desired. We also offer modern and creative contracts involving profit sharing, equity, full royalties and other benefits.
